Ronald R. Retsch is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Welby, Stoltenberg, Cimballa & Cook, LLC, licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and with the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
Mr. Retsch is a life-long resident of Pennsylvania and has practiced law since 2004. He was raised in the Borough of Munhall, Pennsylvania and attended the Steel Valley School District. After graduation, Mr. Retsch attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Criminology. After graduation, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2004.
Mr. Retsch began his legal career in Allegheny County as a law clerk with the Allegheny County Public Defender’s Office. He was later accepted into the Criminal Prosecution Practicum, offered by University of Pittsburgh, where he worked as a student-law clerk with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office. Upon graduation he entered private practice as an Associate with firms located in New Castle and Belle Vernon, finally joining Welby, Stoltenberg, Cimballa & Cook, LLC, in 2010.
Mr. Retsch has extensive experience in labor law (including interest and grievance arbitration, unemployment law, workers’ compensation), municipal law, domestic relations, wills and estates, civil litigation, personal injury and criminal defense. |
